XBOX CLAIM PROCEDURE
Should you experience problems with your XBOX or Accessories, the procedure is as follows:
Please contact the Microsoft helpdesk on 0800 991 550 or log onto their website. They will create the ticket for the repair order, which will be forwarded to us, so that Powercare can effect the exchange.
Please note there is no authorized repairer in South Africa; Powercare is the official Xbox agent. All consoles are exchanged provided the console has not been tampered with in any way and that the seals are in tact and not tampered with or removed.
Please note If you no longer have a proof of purchase, or your console is out of warranty a handling fee of R1,048.80 is payable.
